Kim accepts students ages 3 and up.

Please arrive on time for each lesson. Lessons should end promptly at their scheduled dismissal time, so late arrivals may result in shortened lessons.

Please give at least twenty-four hours’ notice by phone if you intend to cancel or reschedule a lesson. I will try to accommodate students who provide advance notice of a cancelled lesson; that is, if no notice of cancellation is given, the lesson will not be rescheduled and no make-up or refund will be given. Exceptions may be made only in cases of emergency or sudden illness.

On days in which school is canceled due to inclement weather, I will attempt to adhere to the regular lesson schedule. If the parent or guardian feels that transportation would be unsafe, he or she may choose to reschedule with at least two hours’ notice. If rescheduling is not feasible, credit for the canceled lesson will be applied to the next month’s (or semester’s) tuition.

Tuition may be paid either for the entire term or monthly, with payments due at the first lesson of the term or month. Payments may be made by either cash, check, Paypal, or Venmo. Fees will be prorated to accommodate students who begin lessons after an ongoing monthly or semester cycle has begun.
